Our Flat Fee shipping rate starts at $7.99, and depending on the size could be up to $12.99. Items that have the Flat Fee logo are eligible for Flat Fee Shipping. Order up to 10 x eligible items and only pay from $7.99 NZ Shipping or from $9.99 AU Shipping.

For orders that contain more than 10 x eligible items, a nominal fee will be charged for each additional qualifying item that is added to cart.

Fees for additional items will vary based on shipping address:

• Auckland: $0.99 per additional item
• North Island: $1.49 per additional item
• South Island: $1.99 per additional item
• Australia: $1.99 per additional item

Flat Fee shipping is for standard regions only, extra shipping fees will be charged for rural orders.

Standard Shipping - item shipping individually calculated. The shipping rate will vary from product to product and is based on the size of your item, the weight, and your shipping address. The total shipping rate will be calculated at checkout and is based on delivery to the front door and/or ground floor of your address.

Please Note: If you have multiple standard shipping items in your cart, the shipping fees will be combined and calculated at checkout. If you have a Flat Fee in your cart plus a Standard Shipping item, the shipping fees will be combined and calculated at checkout.

On occasion, some products will be promoted with Free Shipping or discounted shipping rates e.g "$1 Shipping". This will be displayed on the product listing.
Please Note: If you buy an item with discounted shipping and an item with shipping fees, the fees will be calculated at checkout.

Currently, we ship to New Zealand and Australia only. Some items may not be eligible for shipping to the South Island, Rural Addresses & Australia.

Each product has an estimated shipping delivery window. This estimate will be displayed at checkout and you can check your estimated delivery window by going to your Order History. You will also receive a confirmation email one day after your order is placed with these time frames.

If you have ordered products from different warehouse locations, your order may be split into multiple shipments and have different shipping windows which will be displayed at checkout. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible, however, from time to time the delivery of specific items will exceed our usual stated delivery window for reasons outside our control. We will send you an email once your item has been dispatched and if we anticipate delays.

If your order qualifies for Priority Pick'n Pack and is placed before 1pm, for an extra charge of $3 we will dispatch your order the same day as you purchase. If your order is placed after 1pm, we will dispatch your order during the next business day. Please note: this offer is only available to in-stock items and orders will only be dispatched on business days.

Orders that total over NZ$1,000 that are sent from offshore may incur duty or charges. Before checkout, we will alert you if your order(s) may incur a charge and contact you before it's sent. At this point, you can either accept or reject your order(s). If you choose to accept these charges, you are liable to pay this to New Zealand Customs Services directly.

Onceit is not liable for these charges and will not reimburse any of these charges. If you decide to reject the charges, your order will be considered cancelled and we will refund you the original price you paid for the order.

Simply order before the cut off time and get your order delivered the same evening between 6pm - 9pm for an additional surcharge of $8.00.

Evening Express delivery is currently only available to selected suburbs in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington. If your delivery address is eligible for Express Tonight delivery, you will be able to select it as an option at checkout.

Evening Express delivery will incur an additional surcharge of $8.00 on top of the standard flat-rate delivery fee.

To receive your order the same evening, place your order before the cut off times below:

• Auckland: 2:30pm
• Hamilton: 09:30am
• Wellington: 09:30am
